2 – CANCELLATION AND ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

All Orderflowing membership types continue on either a recurring basis relevant to the subscribed membership term until cancelled or a one time payment. By subscribing, you therefore consent to auto-renewal if the service requires it, and payment of your membership. To use the Orderflowing service you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party.

Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorise us to charge your next membership fee to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation”). We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.

2.1. Billing Cycle. The membership fees for the Orderflowing products or services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a recurring basis relevant to the subscribed membership term to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month.

2.2. Payment Methods. To use the Orderflowing service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the “Account” page, selecting “Subscriptions” and then selecting “Update”. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s). You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

2.3. Cancellation. You can cancel your Orderflowing membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Orderflowing service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or un-watched Orderflowing content. To cancel, go to the “Account” page, select “Subscriptions” and then “Cancel”. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

2.4. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change the subscription plans and the price of the service from time to time; however, your subscription price will never increase unless you cancel and re-subscribe to the Orderflowing service at a later date.

2.5. Refusal of Service. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

2.6. Maintaining your Payment Details. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

3 – TOOLS AND OTHER THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR EXTENTIONS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
